1. Appointments & Cancellations
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking platform. We kindly ask that you arrive on time. Cancellations or reschedules should be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.


2. Services
All services are provided by trained professionals. Results may vary depending on individual conditions. If you are not satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.


3. Payments
Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment as specified at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.


4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.


5. Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing the team of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections before receiving treatment. We reserve the right to decline service for health or safety concerns.


6. Personal Belongings
Lilly’s Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings during your visit.


7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
